TWO SEATS campaign terms
Sponsor/operator: PKFIT. Campaign questions may be sent to command@operatefitness.app.
Offer and eligibility
PKFIT will select two eligible Louisiana residents age 18 or older for two sponsored seats covering twelve weeks of individual fitness coaching. The coaching fee is sponsored in full. No purchase is required. This is a merit selection, not a random drawing, lottery, cash prize, or transferable award.
Active paid PKFIT coaching clients are not eligible. Working with another coach is not an automatic disqualification, but any conflicting coaching relationship must be resolved safely before enrollment.
Schedule
Applications close Monday, September 14, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. CDT. The server-recorded submission time controls. Submissions accepted at or after the deadline are late and are not eligible for review. Selected applicants must complete private onboarding by Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. CDT. Coaching is planned for Monday, September 21 through Sunday, December 13, 2026.
What is covered
The sponsored coaching fee covers an individual training structure, general nutrition coaching within PKFIT’s lawful scope, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, coaching adjustments, and normal in-app communication for twelve weeks.
It does not cover gym access, food, equipment, healthcare, travel, or optional supplements. It has no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
Selection
Selection is based on verified eligibility, readiness, coachability, schedule, training access, commitment evidence, and practical ability to finish. Follower count, popularity, appearance, hardship, public-media interest, identity choice, and health status are not scored. Safety information may affect whether PKFIT can responsibly provide coaching, but it does not add or subtract merit points.
A provisional selection becomes final only after identity and eligibility verification, private health screening, any indicated medical clearance, coaching consent, and client onboarding. PKFIT may use a ranked alternate if a provisional participant cannot complete those gates.
Safety and coaching scope
Applicants must provide truthful information and complete PKFIT’s private health screen. Medical clearance may be required before training. PKFIT coaching does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. Emergency or acute symptoms require appropriate medical services, not this campaign.
Documentation and public media
Selected participants must provide honest private weekly check-ins and private progress documentation needed to coach responsibly.
Public media is optional. A name, image, measurement, testimonial, or public progress checkpoint will not be used unless the participant later signs a separate, specific media release. Declining public media does not affect selection, retention, coaching, or the sponsored fee. Any optional release must identify the approved assets, identity format, channels, duration, and withdrawal process.
Conduct, withdrawal, and results
PKFIT may pause or end coaching for material dishonesty, unsafe conduct, abuse, repeated noncommunication, or a safety condition PKFIT cannot responsibly serve. A participant may withdraw, but no cash or substitute benefit is owed.
No result is guaranteed. Effort and outcomes vary. No weight, body-composition, appearance, health, competition, income, or other result is promised.
Privacy and changes
The campaign privacy notice explains collection, Netlify processing, access, retention, and deletion. PKFIT may correct clerical errors, postpone, or cancel the campaign if safety, capacity, technical failure, fraud, or law requires it. A material change will be disclosed before relying on it.
