PKFIT is selecting two Louisiana adults who can execute an individual training and nutrition structure, check in weekly, and document an honest twelve-week coaching process. Follower count, popularity, and hardship are not selection criteria.

Applications close Monday, September 14, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. CDT.
Selected applicants must complete private onboarding by Wednesday, September 16 at 6:00 p.m. CDT. Coaching begins Monday, September 21, 2026 and the final day is Sunday, December 13, 2026.

What is covered

Individual training structure, general nutrition coaching within PKFIT scope, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, coaching adjustments, and normal in-app communication for twelve weeks.

What is not

Gym access, food, equipment, healthcare, travel, and optional supplements. No result is guaranteed.

Selection

Two sponsored seats. Selection is based on eligibility, readiness, coachability, schedule, access, and practical ability to finish. It is not a random drawing.

Safety

The public form collects only a yes/no/private safety flag. Detailed health information belongs in private finalist onboarding. Medical clearance is required when indicated.

Public media is optional

Names, images, measurements, testimonials, and public checkpoints are not scored and are not conditions of selection, retention, or coaching. A selected participant may choose later under a separate, specific media release.

If selected, I can complete twelve weeks, execute within my safety limits, communicate honestly, and submit private weekly check-ins and progress documentation.
