Plain-language terms for PKFIT LITE, PKFIT Standard, and the Operate Fitness white-label Coachapp path. Read these before purchasing or starting a product conversation. They explain what each offer includes, how delivery works, how recurring billing is canceled, and how to request support.
THE THREE OFFERS
PKFIT LITE — $20 ONE TIME
LITE is a self-guided digital product. It provides training, nutrition/macros/meals, and cardio tools. It does not include 1:1 coaching, direct messages, weekly check-ins, or coach adjustments. It is not a subscription.
PKFIT SYSTEM — $47 ONE TIME
SYSTEM is a self-serve digital product. After a health screen and a one-time payment, software builds a seven-day training program and nutrition targets from the numbers the buyer enters, and the buyer logs against them in the PKFIT app. It does not include a coach, coach review of the plan, direct messages, or weekly adjustments by a person. It is general fitness and nutrition education from the buyer’s own numbers, not medical advice or medical nutrition therapy. It is not a subscription.
PKFIT STANDARD — $250 PER MONTH
Standard is a recurring monthly coaching service. It includes personalized programming, weekly check-ins, and video form review. The subscription renews monthly until canceled.
OPERATE FITNESS WHITE-LABEL COACHAPP
Operate Fitness is a branded coaching app for coaches. It brings programs, nutrition, check-ins, weight tracking, progress photos when enabled, messaging, resources, community, and challenges into one coach-owned delivery layer. It does not guarantee client growth or replace the coach’s judgment.
TRIAL AND PRICING
The white-label path begins with a 14-day evaluation for a coach to market and evaluate the workflow. After the evaluation, the alternatives are $50/month for Coachapp access, or a $250 one-time white-label license plus $10/month hosting. These are alternatives, not a combined price. PKFIT personal coaching is separate at $250/month per client when Percy personally coaches that client.
There is no charge during the evaluation. Billing begins only after the coach agrees in writing to move forward; activation, billing start, and any setup details are confirmed in writing before a charge. Before continuation, the written agreement identifies the selected pricing path, license scope, activation/setup work, hosting inclusions, first billing date, cancellation terms, and what happens after the evaluation. This public site does not complete Coachapp payments.
FULFILLMENT
LITE access is provided through the PKFIT LITE web product after successful payment. Use the same email throughout the purchase flow. If access fails, contact support with the purchase email and transaction date.
SYSTEM access is provided in the PKFIT app after successful payment and the intake that builds the plan. The sign-in email goes to the address used at checkout. If access fails, contact support with the purchase email and transaction date.
Standard coaching begins after successful payment and completion of the onboarding information PKFIT needs to deliver programming and check-ins. Delays in supplying onboarding or check-in information can delay coaching delivery.
REFUNDS
LITE is a delivered digital product. Refunds are limited to duplicate charges or a verified failure to receive access that PKFIT cannot resolve after a reasonable support attempt.

Standard payments are non-refundable once the monthly service period begins, except for duplicate charges or a verified failure by PKFIT to provide the purchased coaching service.
Nothing here removes refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
STANDARD CANCELLATION
To stop the next Standard renewal, send a cancellation request before the next billing date through the support contact below. Cancellation is complete when PKFIT confirms it in writing.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. It does not create a prorated refund for the current monthly service period.
PRIVACY
PKFIT uses purchase, access, and coaching information to deliver the product or service, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. PKFIT does not sell personal information.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles payment-card data under its own privacy terms. Do not send card numbers, passwords, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through social direct messages.
This static site does not intentionally set advertising cookies. Linked services may use their own cookies and privacy practices.
